JER-N-AL’S KILLER MEAT LOAF

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey
½ lb ground pork
½ lb lean ground beef
2 eggs
5 chopped garlic cloves
2 tbls parsley
1 ½ cups of your favorite JER-N-AL’S bbq sauce
2 tbls worchestershire sauce
1 ½ cups of fresh sourdough breadcrumbs
1 tbls dry prepared mustard
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp pepper

Directions
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl mix together eggs, garlic, 1 cup JER-N-AL’S, worchestershire sauce, dry prepared mustard, paprika and pepper. Fold in all of your meats, bread crumbs and parsley. Make sure all ingredients are mixed thru and thru. Prepare a large casserole dish or loaf pan, by lightly spraying surface with a non-stick cooking spray. Pour meat loaf mixture into pan and form into an oblong loaf shape. Loaf should be roughly 3” high. If loaf does not want to hold shape, add ½ cup more bread crumbs. Put loaf into pre-heated oven for approximately 45 minutes. Test loaf with a knife. Clear juices indicate a cooked loaf. Take out loaf and top with the remaining JER-N-AL’S bbq sauce. Put loaf back into the oven for another 10 minutes. Take out and let set for 10 minutes. Cut & Serve. Enjoy!
